Thank you for taking the steps towards getting more of the support you deserve. I believe that exceptional care begins with feeling deeply seen and understood.

My practice offers comprehensive adult psychiatry, with a refined focus on the mental health of women across life stages and birthing people throughout the reproductive journey.

I want to partner with you in living your fulfilling life, across any and every stage of your life. What that fulfilling life looks like is different for each person and I want to take the time to understand you, your background, your passions, strengths, fears, concerns, and everything that feels important to you, so we can craft an evidenced-based care plan together to help you thrive.

My training in various psychotherapy styles, with a focus on psychodynamic psychotherapy, informs every aspect of my care, which means together we focus on the whole-person holistically to understand what health and wellness means for you, what issues are getting in the way, and creating a plan to address these concerns to ultimately live a richer life. I approach care through medication management, holistic approaches (can include personalized supplement, lifestyle, and nutrition recommendations), and psychotherapy, working with you to determine which treatment approaches fit well.

Let’s partner to discover and empower what living well means for you.

Beyond the clinic

My Caribbean and New York City roots color my love of rich food, music, culture, natural beauty, and dance. Outside of the clinic I can often be found at a concert, local coffee shop, out in nature near a body of water, or spending time with my beloved family and friends.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I see women across a variety of life stages, background, and situations. You can contact me for a brief intro call to talk more and answer any questions if you’re unsure.

Some patients are drawn specifically to this practice based on my expertise, training, and lived experience.

Given my extensive perinatal health training, I see women and birthing people along every stage of the fertility journey: including family planning, conception, fertility treatments, pregnancy, postpartum, matrescence and parent transitions.

Additionally, given my emphasis on moving from beyond no-illness to feeling true wellness, I often work well with professionals and other high functioning individuals who may seem to be ‘doing well from the outside’ but who feel they are stuck in “survival mode” or not truly thriving.

My gentle, compassionate, and integrative approach is also often well suited to folks who are new to prescribed medication options and want thoughtful recommendations that take into account your values and broader life context. Though I also work well with individuals with long established medication regimens looking to refine their treatment regimens or make more efficient. This can include using small and incremental dose changes, layering with supplements and/or lifestyle changes, de-prescribing / consolidating when safe and appropriate.

  • At our initial 75 minute visit we will get to know each other, discuss your background and medical / mental health history, what brings you to seek treatment, and come up with an initial plan together.

We combine my expertise with your expertise in yourself and your-experience to tailor a plan to best support you, your needs, and your goals.

How often we see each other after that may vary flexibly depending on your needs from weekly+ to every few months.

  • No - I do not accept insurance at this time. Services are paid via card or Zelle prior to treatment.

This is in order to offer care that is more thoughtful, individualized, and free from the constraint of insurance companies. For example, appointments can be longer, more frequent, include a range of different integrative treatment approaches (such as nutrition and movement recommendations, psychotherapy, use of supplements and botanicals) in addition to conventional psychiatry, and collaboration with your wider care-team.

  • Please contact me directly to inquire about current rates.

  • Yes! We can schedule a one-time consultation that is tailored to your situation.
